Canon EOS and Powershot cameras wont read memory card.

Bent or damaged CF card pins causes camera failure to read memory cards.
Canon camera owners that have cameras failing to properly read memory cards may have incorrectly installed the CF memory card, thus damaging the CF pins that connect camera to card. Carefull inspection of the CF card slot for damaged or bent pins can be done by the camer owner. If damaged, the CF card holder assembly must be replaced.
