This includes impact damage, extreme pressure etc. The manufacturers warranty does not cover damage caused by the user, so broken LCD's are NOT covered by the manufacturers warranty. Customers can send the camer to Southern Photo and "pay" for correcting the camera damage and replacement of the LCD. Prices vary by model.
