Canon Digital Rebel camera users that have experienced focuing problems should send the camera to Southern Photo for fast, cost effective repairs of the sub-mirror assembly. The sub-mirror used for the autofocusing has broken parts that do not allow the sub-mirror to reset to the correct position for focusing.

This repair can be completed in 72 hours or less at Southern Photo, and Southern is the less expensive alternitive to sending the unit back to Canon for a three week repair.
